Why is overhead taxed?

Rocket Doctor is a technology solution/platform, not a clinic. Meaning we are not taxing the medical visit itself, but rather the overhead fee for the usage of our platform and services. 

Since we are offering a digital service, we are required to pay tax on this as well, similar to any other service. It is important to note that because we are not a clinic, all of our overhead including tax is a completely tax-deductible expense for your corporation or personal practice.
