How do private pay billings work?

Rocket Doctor collects payment from patients on your behalf.  The patient is charged directly for all private pay cash payments, with Rocket Doctor remitting what is owed back to you. As a reminder, the overhead rates will vary depending on the type of private payment.*

If, at the end of a billing month, a physician is owed money from Rocket Doctor, Rocket Doctor will issue the physician with a CREDIT NOTE rather than an invoice and process the payment to that physician via direct deposit.
