1. Registering with ResolvMD

Before you can start billing on Rocket Doctor, you must:
✅ Register with ResolvMD
✅ Obtain a Billing Arrangement (BA) Number with Alberta Health Services (AHS)

Important:

The billing integration will not be available in your Rocket Doctor account without a BA number from ResolvMD.
ResolvMD will assist you in setting up your BA number, which typically takes a couple of weeks.

2. Turnaround Time for Setup

Existing Physicians: Approximately. one week (depends on Business Arrangement processing)
New Physicians: Additional 2-4 weeks required for Alberta Health processing
