Are fees for public billings based on billings submitted or billings paid?

Fees for public billings are on assumed billings. If you have rejected claims and are unable to get them paid despite adjusting/resubmitting, please let our team know, and we will remove that cost from your invoice. We will add a credit to your next invoice if the invoice has already been paid.
