How long does it take for a submitted claim on the Rocket Doctor platform to show up in ResolvMD?

Claims submitted through the Rocket Doctor platform are sent to ResolvMD in a draft state, which means they aren’t immediately visible in the ResolvMD Physician Portal.

ResolvMD processes claims according to the following schedule:

• Claims received before 3:00 PM on Sunday are typically entered by Thursday of that same week (the Alberta Health submission deadline).
• Claims received after the Sunday cutoff may still be processed that week only if time allows. Otherwise, they are entered the following week.
• Once ResolvMD changes the claim status to “Claim Created,” it will become visible in the Physician Portal.

If you’ve submitted a claim and don’t yet see it in ResolvMD, it may still be in the processing queue.
