Why are Photos Missing a Dermatology Appointment?

In our existing workflow, Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) determine during triage if a patient's issue is visual. If it is, patients are asked to provide photos of their condition. Generally, appointments are arranged during the same call, with patients receiving instructions to send the photos afterwards. This approach depends on patients submitting their photos quickly. When appointments are booked close to the scheduled time, there might not be enough time to obtain and process these images before the consultation.
