What will be included on my invoice?

Here is a breakdown of the line items that may appear on your invoice:

1. Monthly Platform Fee - Flat monthly fee for access to our EMR platform
2. Overhead on Insured Public Billings - The overhead charged on your total INSURED claims for all completed visits in that particular billing month. 
3. Total MD Earnings on Private Pay: A credit on your invoice for the total amount of Private Payments collected by Rocket Doctor from patients on your behalf. This line item will be separated into separate line items depending on the type of Private Payments we receive on your behalf: 
   1. Private Pay Cash Visits
   2. Private Pay Noted & Forms
   3. Private Pay Medical Records/Labs & Image Requisitions
   4. Private Pay No Show Fees
4. Overhead on Private Pay: The overhead charged on your total PRIVATE PAY visits in that particular billing month. This line item will be separated into separate line items depending on the type of Private Payments we receive on your behalf: 
   1. Private Pay Cash Visits
   2. Private Pay Noted & Forms
   3. Private Pay Medical Records/Labs & Image Requisitions
   4. Private Pay No Show Fees
5. Total MD Earnings on Private Pay Chat Visits (Ontario service only): A credit on your invoice for the total amount of Private Payments collected by Rocket Doctor from patients on your behalf for Chat Visits
6. Rocket Doctor’s Portion of Private Pay Chat Visits (Ontario service only): This is Rocket Doctor’s share of what you earn from the patien

Discounts & Promotions: From time to time you may see additional line items with discounts on your invoice or credit note. This may include monthly hourly promotions, EMR promotions, referral bonuses, etc.
