What if I need to cancel / reschedule my shift/clinic?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a clinic, you can remove your clinic hours with minimum 24 hours notice to allow time to reschedule any patients booked. Please contact the team through the Get Help button in MD Portal or email them through customercare@rocketdoctor.io
