What is FirstHx?

Rocket Doctor has integrated with FirstHx, a health history platform that provides patients a forum to share their medical story prior to their appointment. You will see FirstHx reports within the “Session Notes” portion of Rocket Doctor for select patients.   

FirstHx does not serve as a replacement to the typical health history process but will help to complement this portion of the patient visit and could assist in working towards a diagnosis. This report can also prove to be useful for documentation/charting during the appointment; if you copy/paste the FirstHx note into the session notes during the visit, you have a base to document on during your patient interaction. 

Please remember - this is a patient driven history and is not a replacement for physician history during a typical encounter.
