What code should I use in Ontario if I have seen one of my rostered patients virtually?

If you see your rostered patients or any patient you've seen in person in the last 24 months, you can use the typical A007A or whichever code you feel is appropriate, PLUS a modifier (K300/301A for video/phone - select this from the dropdown menu as Video/phone)
