Why did I receive an invoice from MDBilling?

I was sent an invoice for MDBilling but it was to my understanding that we don't need to pay given I'm with Rocket Doctor.  I use MDBilling for other services provided outside Rocket Doctor as well - are we only exempt from paying the portion billed through Rocket Doctor? 

If you live in Ontario you do not pay for MDBilling for any services billed via the Rocket Doctor integration. If you use MDBilling for other clinical work outside of Rocket Doctor, a charge will be incurred through MDBilling.
