What is your billing period?

Each invoice you receive encompasses the entirety of one calendar month. Meaning if you receive an invoice on February 15th, that invoice encompasses all services provided for the entire month of January (the 1st to 31st). 

Please note that this schedule is different from that of each provincial ministry of health payment schedule. Given that Rocket Doctor is a technology provider rather than a clinic, our financial schedule runs off the utilization of the platform during our financial period.
