At Rocket Doctor, we are happy to pause your account to prevent any platform fees from being charged while you are on vacation or taking any other type of leave.

To pause your account, we require 30 days of advanced notice to be sent to providersuccess.ca@rocketdoctor.io before the month you plan to pause.
