Do you charge based on billed appointments or completed appointments?

We charge for all COMPLETED visits in your calendar even if you have not yet billed them. This is because, as a technology provider, we incur various up-front costs to ensure our clinics are filled (for instance, the cost of digital ads). These are real fixed costs from our bank account each month. If we do not ensure MDs are billing for their patients in a timely manner, and collect on those patients, then Rocket Doctor will lose significant revenue for missed billings.
