ResolvMD Claims Submission Policy

Please take a moment to review the following Claims Submission policy:

• Claims submitted after 75 days will incur a higher charge due to the need for prioritization over other billings.
• Claims submitted beyond the 90-day deadline will not be forwarded to Alberta Health unless an Extension Request has been approved by AB Health. 
  • A fee of 0.35 per claim will be charged to submit an extension request. Regular fees will apply thereafter should the request be approved.
• If you are planning to submit claims within the 75-90 day window, please let your Assigned Biller know so we can ensure they are prioritized appropriately.
