How do I receive my payment for chat visits?

Similar to any other Private Payment, Rocket Doctor collects a fee from the patient for the visit on your behalf. This fee is then remitted back to you, and Rocket Doctor’s overhead is charged on your invoice or credit note. 

Rocket Doctor charges patients directly on the physician’s behalf for Chat Visits and remits what is owed back to the physician. If, at the end of a billing month, a physician is owed money by Rocket Doctor, Rocket Doctor will process the payment to that physician via direct deposit.
