What happens if I do not submit my billing claims for completed appointments?

If you do not submit your billing claims for all your completed appointments in a given month, Rocket Doctor will still bill you for those visits. In these circumstances, we would average your prior billing rates to determine an estimation of what you would normally claim. We would use this amount to calculate the overhead owed.
