How do I delete a claim? ( BC - Clinic Aid )
If the claim is in the Manage Invoices “New” tab you can edit or delete it.
If you sent it already (status “Pending”) it is already at the Ministry of Health.
At this point you can either call MSP/Teleplan at 866.456.6950 and ask them to "Zap" (Delete) it. You’ll need the Sequence (Claim) Number and your Data Centre number (T9181). You can find the Sequence Number at the bottom of the Transaction History when viewing the claim.
Or wait till MSP processes the claim and it comes back. If they reject it you can edit and resubmit. If they pay it you can delete it by doing a debit request: How to Delete a Paid Claim (Debit Request)
