Each doctor on Starship is automatically assigned a unique e-fax number, ensuring secure and efficient document sharing within the platform.
What is your e-Fax Number?
Your RD fax number is a unique digital fax line assigned to you for secure document transmission within Starship. It allows healthcare providers to send you important documents, including lab results and clinical records, directly through the platform.
To ensure the seamless delivery of lab results, your e-fax number should be registered with lab accounts so that all test results are directed to you.
Where to Find Your e-Fax Number
Your assigned e-fax number is located in your Settings tab. To locate it:
- Navigate to the left navigation menu and click on Settings.
- Your e-fax number will be displayed at the top right-hand side of the Settings page.
