Do you charge based on billed appointments or completed appointments in British Columbia?

We charge for all COMPLETED visits in your calendar even if you have not yet billed them. The reason for this, is as a technology provider, we incur various up-front costs in order to ensure your clinics are filled (for instance, the cost of digital ads). These are real fixed costs from our bank account each month. If we do not ensure MDs are billing for their patients in a timely manner, and/or collect on those patients, then Rocket Doctor would lose significant revenue for missed billings.

If we do not receive billing data from our integration for your visits, we will bill all British Columbia appointments at the base rate of $35.83.
