How much volume do you expect, and how much time commitment do you anticipate for each supervising physician daily, weekly?

Currently, there are 3 PAs - each willing to run 1-2 clinics a week. Each clinic requires a supervising MD.

The commitment anticipated for the supervising physician is agreed to by the PA they are working with. They do not have to be online but must be available. They could even open up a concurrent video or chat clinic. 

Supervising physicians are expected:

• To review plans with PA (can be after clinic or whenever both are available - the duration of the review would be dependent on the volume of the clinic).
• To add a brief note to the patient's chart stating that “ I have reviewed the assessment and plan with PA and agree.” All documentation of clinical encounters will be done by PA.
