How to label faxes

You can label their faxes using the Form Type dropdown option; this only becomes available after they associate the form with a patient. 

If a physician selects the “Other” option, they can customize it. However, the form label can only be identified if the eFax is opened at this moment. 

Physicians can also leave notes by pressing the third icon (paper with a plus sign).
