How long should I wait before marking a chat appointment as a no-show?

Similar to virtual or in-person visits, we leave it up to the doctor’s best judgment. We recommend 5-10 minutes. The chat service is new for doctors and patients, so we ask for patience during these early days as there is a steep learning curve for all.
