What do I do if I need to delete/edit/re-submit my billings?

If a claim is still in Saved status (not yet submitted to OHIP), you can edit or delete the claim directly on the MDBilling website. See the steps here: How to Edit a Claim or How to delete an OHIP claim


If a claim has been submitted to OHIP, you will need to wait for it to return from OHIP with a new status (Paid, Refused, Rejected) in order to either make changes (if refused or rejected) or submit an Remittance Advice Inquiry (RAI) if paid. Steps are here: How to Submit an RA Inquiry
