I received a credit note for this billing cycle, how can I get paid?

Payment for credit notes may depend on a few factors, including the timeline in which we receive your patient payments from our payment processor Stripe, however, we aim to process payments by the last day of the week that follows the end of the month in which your credit note was issued.
