Does Rocket Doctor charge no shows?

What is Rocket Doctors no-show policy?

All patients get one free pass, and then on a subsequent no-show, they are charged 40$. If they don't pay, they cannot book another appointment. This is for all standard appointments (GPs). 

The $40 is credited on your monthly invoice. You will notice two invoice lines:

1. RD Overhead Cash Services - The overhead charged per private pay visit and sick note transaction (i.e. sick notes or paid visits for those without OHIP). Our overhead is 25% for these types of transactions. We simply pay you 75% of the total cash collected and keep the 25% overhead. You'll see the second last line-item refunds you this line item. The reasoning for this format is to ensure we capture the tax on the 25% overhead charged.
    
2. MD Earnings from Cash Services 75% - This is your 75% earned CREDITED to you for the no show.
