How does a credit note work?

At the end of a billing month, if Rocket Doctor owes money to a provider, they will issue a credit note instead of an invoice. The payment will be processed through direct deposit. These payments are made on a semi-monthly basis; you can expect to receive the funds before the last day of the month when they receive their invoice.
