What services does DoctorCare provide, and what are the associated fees?

DoctorCare is Rocket Doctor’s billing support partner for physicians in British Columbia.
Through their Billing Care service, DoctorCare manages the review, correction, and submission of your claims created in ClinicAid, ensuring your billings are accurate and paid on time.

DoctorCare provides the following services:

• Reviews and corrects any claim errors or rejections
• Submits claims to MSP on your behalf
• Performs ongoing billing audits and sends alerts for missed or inconsistent billings
• Provides a Physician Portal for real-time claim tracking and payment insights
• Supports WorkSafeBC (WSBC) and Workers’ Compensation billing

Associated Fees
DoctorCare charges a $0.60 CAD per-claim fee, billed directly through ClinicAid (not Rocket Doctor).
There are no setup fees or monthly minimums; you only pay for the claims you submit.
