Can I do audio only visits?
We can not commit to 'phone only' simply because we believe the patient should be able to choose the best modality for them: phone or video. We have no issues with a phone call if that’s the easiest for that patient; however, if the patient joins the video, we’d like the MD to join the video as well.
Video calls are done through the platform. However, phone calls would be done through your personal phone.
